There are numerous music enthusiasts who opt to enjoy a couple of traditional speakers or a vacuum tube amp created at some time in the 50s than the so-called micro-processor driven, digital sounding elements made today. Possibly one of your greatest sounding traditional speakers are the Tannoy Berkeleys. Tannoy also produced a speaker known as the canterbury that has been remarkable as well. If you can purchase these at auction I would without a doubt acquire a set of two.

i scored this set of 70's philips speakers at a local thrift store for a fiver! the consoles are damaged all over but the speakers in it are great! the speaker units sell better the the complete boxes! these speakers are often used for DIY speaker builds. the next video shows the speaker units + tweeters and crossover filter compared to the smaller ones i scrapped.
Old speaker system are wonderful at reproducing the entire audio spectrum whilst testing fairly level. Whenever associated with the appropriate gear this may offer amazing seperation and position of vocals and musical instruments. It delivers the type of music where by if you close your eyes it is hard to determine that your really enjoying a recording.
