There are plenty of audio lovers who plan to play a set of classic loudspeakers or perhaps a vacuum tube amp created sometime within the 50s in comparison to the so-called micro-processor powered, electric sounding components designed nowadays. Probably one from the finest sounding old speakers are definitely the Tannoy Berkeleys. Tannoy also created a speaker called the canterbury that has been impressive while well. If you can find these at auction I would probably undeniably pick up a set of two.

The Tannoy Canterbury sets the product quality for the reproduction of lower frequency efficiency, stunning dynamic range and appeal. This functional speaker is greatest driven by lower power single-ended PX4/PX25/Type 10/2A3/300B valve amps. These speaker system sound clean and transparent. They are constructed in substantial quantities making it possible for terrific price efficiency.

Just got the Bose Companion 3 series II speakers+subwoofer. I filmed this review with the Cannon Vixia HS10 and the mic on the camera picked up the sound quite well when I went back and watched it connected to the speakers. For those of you interested in the Bose speakers or the Cannon I hope this vido gives you a decent idea of what to expect. Just remember if you are watching this review to hear the speakers you need to have decent speakers on your computer to appreciate the sound quality they put out and that the mic picked up. For being a 2.1 system the speakers create a surround sound environment for movies. I am very happy with the set.

This video is a reply to the people that say "people that don't like Bose just can't afford it." If we don't like Bose because we can't afford it, then why do many of us want or own systems made by other brands that cost THE SAME as Bose? And, as this video (and Part 2) show, many of us already own or desire to own systems that cost even MORE than Bose. So why would someone not like Bose because they can't afford it when they already own a system that the same or more than a Bose system?

Vintage speaker system are terrific at reproducing the entire sound span while testing reasonably level. Once combined with the proper tools this could provide incredible seperation and location of vocals and musical instruments. It creates the sort of sound in which if you close your eyes it's difficult to tell that your in fact hearing a recording.
